The initial session, like all sessions, will last for 50 minutes and is a chance for you to share what has brought you to therapy and how it is impacting your life, for you to voice your expectations or any concerns you might have. Our initial session is also a chance for you to see if you would feel comfortable and would like to work together.
If we decide to work together, we can arrange a time for our regular sessions. If you are unsure, you can then let me know over the next few days if you would like to continue with therapy.
