We might want something new but feel anxious about making a change and might need support in leaving the safety of what has felt familiar.

Open-ended psychotherapy allows you time and a space to share your story and to be heard, to talk about your past and present relationships, unresolved issues and conflicts that unbeknown to you might be dominating your present. As children we may have learned to be a certain way and developed certain patterns or character traits that we once used to shield of us from harm, which now, as adults, no longer serve us and get in way. We will work towards greater awareness and growth, better acceptance of yourself, greater attunement to your needs and wants so you can allow yourself to live in a more compassionate and fulfilled way.

Qualifications

I am fully registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and a full member of the FPC. My training was based at WPF Therapy in London and it was validated by the University of Roehampton.

 

I follow strict ethical and professional standards that include clinical supervision and continued professional development.
